Booking deposits are required to secure your appointment and are nonrefundable. We require at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Modifications made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in: A $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee, OR forfeiture of your booking deposit. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling (including illness, emergencies, or safety concerns that prevent treatment from proceeding)

To ensure fairness and consistency, this policy is applied equally to all clients and all circumstances. In mutual respect, if we need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours (such as due to provider illness), you will receive a $100 credit to your account.

A “No Show” is considered to be anyone who has not arrived to their appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee for non medical services. No shows for medical aesthetic services will be charged $350.
